One on one sessions are the best way to learn however Ross has workshops where you can study with others.
Each session is about an hour and a half. At least 2 weeks between sessions is needed for the muscles to start working correctly, so you can move onto different exercises.
A good way to start may be to take the 'Starter lesson' - and includes 6 exercises to show you how it works but is also needed to get specific muscles working. You will look and feel different after this session...
One on one sessions are £140.
